Microencapsulated Cholecalciferol

Microencapsulated cholecalciferol is vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) enclosed in a protective matrix of food-grade encapsulating agents, supplied by Nustras as a white to almost white free-flowing powder for supplements, premixes and dry fortification. Cholecalciferol is a fat-soluble secosteroid.
