Encapsulation Cholecalciferol

Encapsulated cholecalciferol is vitamin D3 supplied by Nustras as a free-flowing powder in which the oily active is enclosed in a protective matrix, intended for dry supplement, premix and food-fortification formulations. Cholecalciferol is the fat-soluble form of vitamin D; the encapsulated format protects it from oxygen, light and moisture.
