Potassium L-aspartate hemihydrate is the potassium salt of the amino acid L-aspartic acid, carrying half a molecule of water of crystallisation per formula unit, supplied by Nustras as a white or almost white powder and used as an amino-acid-bound source of the mineral potassium for supplements and nutritional formulations.
