Potassium Iodate

Potassium iodate is an inorganic iodine salt (KIO3), supplied by Nustras as a white crystalline powder and a widely used source of iodine for salt iodisation and food and feed fortification. More stable than potassium iodide under heat and humidity, it is the preferred iodine carrier in many fortification programmes.
