Magnesium Glycinate Taurinate Complex

Magnesium Glycinate Taurinate Complex is a mixed-ligand magnesium complex in which the magnesium ion is bound to the amino acid glycine and to taurine, supplied by Nustras as a white powder and used as an organic magnesium source for supplements and fortified foods. Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that occurs naturally in animal tissue, and in this complex it acts as a second ligand alongside glycine.
