Magnesium Fumarate

Magnesium fumarate is the magnesium salt of fumaric acid, a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid, supplied by Nustras as a white powder and as a direct-compression granular grade for use as a magnesium source in supplements and fortified foods. Magnesium is an essential mineral; the fumarate salt delivers it together with the fumarate anion in a stable organic form.

It is formulated into mineral and multimineral supplements in tablet, capsule and powder form, into effervescent and chewable products, nutritional premixes, fortified foods and beverages, and into medical-nutrition formulations. The granular DC grade is intended for direct tablet compression.
