Di-Calcium Malate

Di-calcium malate (dicalcium malate, DCM) is a calcium salt of L-malic acid, the organic acid naturally found in apples and other fruit, in which two calcium atoms are associated with each malate unit, giving a higher calcium content than mono-calcium malate.
