Larch arabinogalactan is a high-molecular-weight polysaccharide extracted primarily from larch wood (notably Larix laricina and Larix occidentalis) and composed mainly of arabinose and galactose. It is a soluble dietary fiber used in functional foods and beverages, dietary supplements, immunonutrition formulas, and as a fiber fortifier in snacks, bars, and drinks.
