Inno-PS® is Shankar Nutricon's branded phosphatidylserine (PS) range, produced enzymatically from non-GMO plant lecithin (soy or sunflower; the sunflower grade is soy-free). Available as powder (INNO-PSP, 20–80% PS), fluid (INNO-PSF 20) and a PS+PC combination (INNO-PSPC 20). The representative INNO-PSP 50 SUN grade is a fine off-white to yellow sunflower-derived powder standardised to ≥50% phosphatidylserine (31P NMR/HPLC), with silica (1.0–1.5%) as flow agent and a 24-month shelf life. Phosphatidylserine is traditionally associated with cognitive wellness and may support memory and focus; typical use 100–300 mg/day.
