Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin

Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic, water-soluble derivative of chlorophyll in which the central magnesium ion is replaced by copper and the molecule is stabilized with sodium salts. It is widely used as a natural green colorant in foods and beverages (E141), an internal deodorant in health supplements, and an antioxidant and wound-healing agent in topical and oral applications.
