Choline L-Bitartrate

Choline L-bitartrate is the choline salt of L(+)-tartaric acid, supplied by Nustras as a white hygroscopic crystalline powder and a widely used source of choline for supplements and food fortification. Choline is a quaternary ammonium compound recognised as an essential nutrient; the bitartrate salt is a dry crystalline form that is easier to handle and tablet than choline chloride.
