Rehmannia

Rehmannia is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb used for its tonifying, anti-inflammatory, and blood-nourishing properties. It is a key herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is often included in formulas to nourish yin, support the kidneys, and cool the blood. There are two main forms: Raw Rehmannia Root (used to clear heat, cool blood) and Prepared (steamed) Rehmannia Root (used for tonifying the blood and yin).
