Pea Fiber

Pea fiber is a plant-based dietary fiber derived from the yellow pea (Pisum sativum), supplied by Nustras as a powder for food, beverage and supplement formulations. It is a clean-label source of insoluble (and, in some grades, soluble) dietary fiber, valued for fiber fortification, texture and water-binding in a wide range of products.

Pea fiber is formulated into bakery, meat and plant-based meat products, nutritional bars, beverages and shakes, fiber supplements, and gluten-free and clean-label foods, where it adds fiber content and improves texture, moisture retention and yield.
