Pau D’Arco

Pau D’Arco is the name for the inner bark of several species of Tabebuia trees, especially Tabebuia impetiginosa and Tabebuia avellanedae, native to the Amazon rainforest and other regions of Central and South America. It has been traditionally used for its antimicrobial and antifungal properties, immune-boosting effects, support in detoxification (especially in candidiasis), and its role in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant health.
