Maca Root Extract

Maca root extract is a concentrated botanical extract prepared from the dried root (hypocotyl) of Lepidium meyenii, a cruciferous plant cultivated in the high Andes of Peru, supplied by Nustras as a fine powder. The root contains characteristic compounds including macamides and macaenes, glucosinolates, alkaloids and sterols.
