Grape Seed

Grape Seed refers to the small, nutrient-rich seeds found inside grapes (Vitis vinifera). These seeds are often extracted to produce grape seed extract or grape seed oil for use in nutritional supplements, cosmetics and skincare, and functional foods and beverages. Grape seeds are rich in polyphenols, especially proanthocyanidins.
