Fo-Ti

Fo-Ti is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb derived from the processed root of a plant native to China. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is classified as a tonic, especially for liver and kidney deficiencies, and it is available in raw and processed forms; the processed form is steamed with black beans to enhance tonic properties and reduce toxicity.
