Flammulina Velutipes/Enokitake(Mushroom)

Enokitake, Flammulina velutipes, is an edible mushroom cultivated widely in East Asia and recognised by its long, slender white stems and small caps; its fruiting body contains polysaccharides including beta-glucans, together with the amino acid derivative ergothioneine, protein and minerals.
