Chasteberry

Chasteberry is the dried ripe fruit of Vitex agnus-castus L., a shrub of the Lamiaceae family native to the Mediterranean and western Asia. The fruit contains iridoid glycosides, notably agnuside and aucubin, as well as flavonoids and essential oil.
