Chamomile

Chamomile is a classic calming botanical from the flowers of Matricaria chamomilla (German chamomile), supplied by Nustras as a flower powder and as a standardised extract. Its characteristic actives include the flavonoid apigenin and the essential-oil components, and it has a long history of use for relaxation, sleep and digestive support.
