Carrot is the root of Daucus carota, supplied by Nustras as a powder and as an extract for food, beverage and supplement formulations. Naturally rich in beta-carotene (provitamin A) and other carotenoids and fibre, it is a popular clean-label ingredient for natural colour, nutrition and functional value.
