Broccoli

Broccoli, Brassica oleracea var. italica, is a cultivated vegetable of the cabbage family (Brassicaceae) whose florets, sprouts and seeds contain glucosinolates, notably glucoraphanin, together with vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre.
