L-Histidine

L-Histidine is an essential amino acid with an imidazole side chain, supplied by Nustras in free-base form as a powder and a micronised grade, both suitable for vegan formulations, and used as an amino-acid ingredient for supplements, foods and feed. The imidazole group gives histidine a buffering capacity close to neutral pH.
